Thanks for the comment, hopefully it will save someone out there some headaches. Its been a little while, but if I remember correctly when I was having my licensing issue it had something to do with the license server thinking that the license was a temporary license even though it was downloaded from the MyCitrix account.</description>

		<description>I had a similar issue after the licensing server had an unclean shutdown. I found resolve by:  Uninstalling Licensing Server, it keeps your license files in the MyFiles folder in the install directory (I just left these there), Reinstalled Licensing Server, set port and login parameters.  Viola!  The Licensing Service started back up and all appropriate licenses were in place.
